Here are the simple steps which you need to follow to tweet ur posts automatically.
1)Log on to Twitterfeed.com
2)Then click on Create New feed
3)Enter feed name i.e your site name as well as enter your RSS feed URL, in Advanced settings section you can configure twitter settings like, in tweets only blog name shoud appear,only description or both.
You can also set, how often tweet feed should look into RSS feed and also settings about the shorter URL etc..
4)Tick the active button, indicates your RSS feeds are active
5)Proceed to next step.
6)On the available services , select Twitter
7)Authenticate it by clicking on the "Authenticate Twitter" Banner
8)It will ask you to log in using twitter credentials. do that
9)Once its done, Add new post in blogger, check after some 30 min, your post will get updated in twitter.
